Traction is being made over here, but since it hasn't involved getting our heat running, it's been largely ignored by me. So pardon me if I'm not so eloquent here. I need to get some fingerless gloves (or asshole gloves, as they are known) if I want to keep blogging in the cold like this.
Insulation is going up everwhere. Maybe we should start sleeping downstairs? It might be warmer...
The framing for the guest bedroon and the master bedroom went up last week

Here is the aforementioned scary old electrical panel, with an entire 3 family house running on just two circuits. If you were wondering if that is enough juice I'm here to tell you it isn't.
I'm holding out for when this new electrical panel gets hooked up. No idea when that will be though.
As you can see, the stucco wall in the basement is pretty much done and looking pretty good.
Rough plumbing work was finished in the downstairs bathroom. It will need to be inspected before the walls can be closed up and the actual fixtures can be installed.
