We're preparing to start some big projects here, like the assembly of the sunroom and the installation of the stairs (fingers crossed on that one) so the guys are working on odds and ends here and there to prepare.
The siding on the back of the house is completely done now, and while it's pretty dull, it's nice and neat--well installed and 400 times nicer than it used to be.
The sunroom insulation is up in preparation for the rest of the install. I absolutely can't wait to see that (hint, hint)
Also the gigantic tub was delivered last week. They built out the frame to drop it in...
...but the tub is staying safely in it's box until it is needed so nobody screws it up. I took a peak though. Oohhh...big tub!
They also started on the stucco to cover the rock wall near the stairs down to the cellar. It's going to look much better really soon.
Also, while we wait for the final pricing and information on the facade detail, our architect adjusted the new model to have not one but two cats in the window
Up really close you can see it's Jules and Vincent. Vincent is most likely pestering Jules, so she is taking a swat at him. Very accurate model indeed...
